Nothing is more corruptive to human society than average intelligence individuals. It’s at this level that outsiders can easily deem you average, but from the inside looking out, you mistake yourself for something more.
See at the lower end, below average individuals know what they are. And so propose cautiously, anything. High intelligence individuals also know what they are, so also propose cautiously, anything.
But average intelligence individuals. They wreak havoc. They propose haphazardly. And they do so with such blinding force, because deep thought perplexes them. So they must emit. And emit and emit and emit.
Until centuries of history, knowledge, and precedent are wiped and replaced by their unstoppable cumulative force.
A world overrun by average intelligence turns out to be a fantastic dystopia.
